How to be reimbursed ?

- the completed claim form
- the original paid invoices
- the full medical report
- all the documents required in the claim form
- a copy of your passport : identification page + arrival stamp (as part of the fight against terrorism, each file must include these documents)
IMPORTANT: All documents must be sent within 3 months following the policy’s end-date
For hospitalization of more than 24 hours, you can activate your cover by calling the medical
assistance service in Paris (open 24/7).
